1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged product.
- Approval & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Return the Product: You must return the product within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Inspection & Resolution: Once received, we will inspect the product and offer either a replacement or a refund (as per our discretion).
4. Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via cash.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
